2025 was a year that proved what’s possible when the right people, models, and mindset come together.
Across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska, the Keller Williams Northwest Region showed up in a big way — raising the bar for performance, leadership, and impact. This wasn’t just about production. It was about agents stepping into bigger vision, building stronger businesses, and creating opportunities that ripple far beyond a single transaction.
The numbers tell a powerful story. In 2025, more than 1,700 agents chose to join Keller Williams in the Northwest. Together, our region closed over 40,000 units, representing an incredible $22.7 billion in closed volume and $518 million in GCI. And because of our unique model, that success extended beyond individual businesses — generating $1.85 million in Profit Share back to our associates.
We also celebrated growth in new ways, including the opening of a brand-new market center in Renton, Washington — a testament to the momentum and belief in what we’re building together.
