Keller Williams Northwest Region Celebrates 2025 Market Center Award Winners

On January 21, 2026, Keller Williams Northwest Region leaders came together at the KW Premier Partners Market Center for the 2025 Market Center Awards as part of the All Leadership Meeting. It was a powerful day of connection, recognition, and celebration — made even more special by having leaders from across the region all in one room.

Throughout the ceremony, Market Centers were recognized for outstanding achievements in growth, production, culture, philanthropy, and leadership. From billion-dollar milestones to record-breaking transactions, the accomplishments shared throughout the day reflected the strength, resilience, and momentum of the Northwest Region.

Celebrating Growth & Recruiting Excellence
Several Market Centers were recognized for exceptional recruiting and growth performance, including top honors for Gross Recruiting, Net Associate Growth, and consistency throughout the year. These achievements highlighted the region’s focus on both attracting and retaining top talent while building strong, sustainable Market Centers.

Culture in Action: KW Cares & Philanthropy
The ceremony also spotlighted the incredible impact of KW Cares, which celebrated its 23rd anniversary in 2025. Northwest Region Market Centers contributed nearly $244,000 to KW Cares last year, with top contributors recognized through the KW Cares Heart to Heart Awards. These efforts showcased the heart of Keller Williams culture — taking care of our own and giving back in meaningful ways.

Production & Financial Performance
Top Market Centers were honored for Closed Units, Gross Commission Income (GCI), Owner Profit, and Profit Share. In 2025 alone, the Northwest Region distributed over $1.8 million in Profit Share, bringing the region’s total to more than $88 million over the past 28 years — a powerful testament to the wealth-building opportunities within Keller Williams.

New & Signature Awards
This year also introduced the new Blueprint to Growth Award, recognizing Market Centers that demonstrated strong commitment to database growth and agent adoption of the new Canva partnership. The ceremony concluded with the prestigious 2025 Lean In Award, honoring Keller Williams Portland Central for exemplifying leadership, resilience, and growth in the face of market challenges.
