Leslie Hilbert
Regional Director
A Pacific Northwest native, Leslie brings extensive real estate experience, deep community roots, and a proven track record of leadership and growth. She began her real estate career in 1999 while earning her Bachelor of Business Administration, and has since built a dynamic, well-rounded background spanning nearly every facet of the industry.Over the years, Leslie has served as a Customer Service Specialist, Transaction Coordinator, Buyer and Listing Specialist, and ultimately owner and Lead Agent of The Hilbert Team. Her journey within Keller Williams includes key leadership roles such as Associate Leadership Council (ALC) member, Productivity Coach, Market Center Team Leader, and General Manager of the Xperience Brokerage Network—where she oversaw significant expansion and led the organization to earn “Top Workplace” recognition for seven consecutive years. Now serving as the Northwest Regional Director, Leslie is thrilled to continue empowering leaders to build successful businesses that expand opportunity, strengthen culture, deliver community impact, and leave a lasting legacy.
Outside of her professional leadership, Leslie is passionate about embracing the moment and finding joy in nature. When she is not developing people, you will find her surrounded by family on her small orchard and hobby farm, enjoying time on the South Santiam River, unwinding in Baja, or working side-by-side with her family on an investment property.
Tracy Rohr
Operations Manager
Tracy got her Real Estate license in 2001 and enjoyed listing and selling with some of the Top Agents in the Yakima Valley. This was the trajectory that led Tracy to Regional Operations Manager for Keller Williams Northwest Region in 2015. Keller Williams Mission, Vision, Values, Beliefs and Perspective were aligned with Tracy’s servant Leadership mantra and the overall love of the Real Estate Industry. Additionally the growth both personally and professionally have been both a lot of work and a ton of fun — now serving as the Operating Partner for Keller Williams Yakima Valley along with the ROM role it’s a busy, fulfilled life.
Tracy loves living in beautiful Coeur d’Alene Idaho with her husband – she loves to get off the grid – camping, hiking, fly fishing – and recently took up quilting (the winters are long there). She has 3 amazing daughters and adores her granddaughter THE MOST — She believes the PNW is the BEST place on Earth and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Crystal LeProhon
REGIONAL TECH TRAINER
After many successful years as Dean of Theatrical Arts for a performing arts academy, Crystal was excited to bring her educational skills to the corporate world. The KW Culture and focus on education drew her to the company. After spending two years learning and growing with The Ranch Brokerage Network in a variety of roles, she is thrilled to serve as your Regional Tech Trainer.
Crystal’s goal is to partner with Market Centers in teaching and training, not just in technology, but in all areas of business.
Marissa Frost
Marketing & Communications
MANAGER
Marissa is here to support Northwest leaders with their creative and communicative business needs. With a professional background in both non-profit and not-for-profit organizations, she embraces Keller Williams’ culture, bringing along her love of helping local communities. She works closely with the Region to collaboratively build the tools and resources they need to succeed. Marissa strives to help the Region surpass their goals, elevate their brands, and provide the best possible service in their markets – she’s here to make the Northwest proud! #KWnorthwest
Outside of the office, you can find Marissa in SE Portland with her partner, son, and two pups.
Amy Inkrott
Regional Market Center Administrator
Amy has been with KW since 2020. In 2021, she became the MCA for the La Jolla Market Center, helping it to become the #1 market center for growth in the Southern California region. For the past two years, Amy has served as a Market Center Support Representative for KWRI, with a goal of supporting MCAs across the company. She regularly teaches MCA Fundamentals along with several other MCA trainings. Amy also serves as a LABS Advisor and is a member of the LABS Innovation Council. She has spoken on stage at both Family Reunion and Mega Camp, with a goal of empowering MCAs through extreme ownership and operational excellence. Her goal is to help all Northwest Market Centers grow their profitability!
Angelica Elgincolin

Angelica, also known as Gel, is a dedicated and proactive Region Admin Assistant who is always ready to support the region with enthusiasm, care, and a solutions-focused approach. She enjoys keeping things organized, assisting the team where needed, and contributing to meaningful projects through administrative, marketing, and creative support.
Outside of work, Angelica values balance, growth, and creating space for rest, inspiration, and new experiences.
