BELLEVUE, WA (January 22, 2025) — Maggie Sun, one of Washington state’s top-producing real estate professionals, is leaving RE/MAX to join the Keller Williams Realty team in the Bellevue market center.
Maggie’s passion for home buying inspired her to obtain her real estate license in 2016 and quickly earn accolades as a rising agent at RE/MAX. In 2023 she launched her team, Maggie Sun Real Estate Group, which now consists of six producing agents and five staff members. Last year, her team closed 147 transactions totaling over $179 million in volume. Born and raised in China, Maggie stands out amongst the Seattle competition serving clients in both Mandarin and English languages giving her a distinct advantage in transactions with international buyers and investors.
Future-forward, Maggie has chosen to join Keller Williams Bellevue to further develop her leadership skills and learn directly from Keller Williams founder and Executive Chairman, Gary Keller. “I have always been a big fan of Gary and his books, a real inspiration for our industry and for my business,” said Sun. “I like the modern management style of the office, the connections and resources that we can enjoy in the local market, and how friendly the fee structure is for a team of our size.”
In addition to connecting with clients in-person, Maggie has built a digital following of over 60,000 people via social media, including her 20,000-subscriber Mandarin YouTube channel. Shifting her team’s focus to a social media strategy these past few years has caused a big jump in Maggie’s business growth, while also directly helping buyers and sellers in the Seattle metro area with the education they need to master their local homebuying/selling market.
