FEDERAL WAY, WA (January 13, 2025) — Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, announced today that Dennis Ranch has been appointed Regional Director for the Keller Williams Northwest Region.
Dennis brings over 30 years of real estate experience into the role, and will continue to serve as Operating Principal for his four Keller Williams Market Centers located in Washington, in partnership with his wife Pam Ranch. Dennis and Pam came to Keller Williams in 2003 and have gone on to launch, relaunch, and incubate several market centers in the Northwest.
As Regional Director, Dennis will support Operating Principals and Market Center Leaders through his legacy knowledge, mastery of models, and proven success stories. “Moving into the Regional Director role feels like the next logical progression after many successful years in the Operating Principal role,” said Dennis Ranch. “I love to share my knowledge and experience because I want others to have the same kind of success that I’ve had. We can’t deny that the last few years in our industry have been challenging, and the past is the past. I am looking forward to the future and what we will build together.”
