Keller Williams Northwest Region Names Leslie Hilbert as Regional Director

Keller Williams Northwest Region announces the appointment of Leslie Hilbert as Regional Director, bringing nearly three decades of experience, a people-first leadership philosophy, and a bold vision for growth across the region.

PORTLAND, OR — May 8, 2026 — Keller Williams Northwest Region is proud to announce the appointment of Leslie Hilbert as its new Regional Director, ushering in an exciting chapter of leadership across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.

A Pacific Northwest native, Hilbert brings nearly three decades of real estate experience, deep community roots, and a proven track record of leadership and growth to the role. She began her career in 1999 while earning her Bachelor of Business Administration and has since built a dynamic and well-rounded background spanning nearly every facet of the industry.

Over the years, Hilbert has served as a Customer Service Specialist, Transaction Coordinator, Buyer and Listing Specialist, and ultimately owner and Lead Agent of The Hilbert Team. Her journey within Keller Williams also includes key leadership roles such as Associate Leadership Council (ALC) member, Productivity Coach, and Team Leader—where she discovered her passion for developing others and building high-performing businesses.

Most recently, Hilbert served as General Manager of the Xperience Brokerage Network, where she oversaw significant expansion—adding more than 1,400 agents, launching 22 Mega Agent Offices, and leading the organization to Top Workplace recognition for seven consecutive years.

“The Northwest is home to incredibly talented, purpose-driven leaders and business owners,” said Hilbert. “This opportunity is a testament to the profound partnerships and strong community I’ve been fortunate enough to grow alongside. I’m deeply grateful for the journey and even more energized by the future we’re building together.”

As Regional Director, Hilbert will be primarily focused on working in partnership with Northwest leaders to help their market centers thrive.

“I’ve always believed the role of leadership is to clear the path for the success of others,” she added. “I’m excited to lead the Northwest Region and empower its leaders to build successful businesses that expand opportunity, strengthen culture, deliver community impact, and leave a lasting legacy.”

Hilbert’s alignment with Keller Williams’ core values makes her uniquely positioned to guide the Northwest Region into its next phase of growth.
