Tracy Rohr
Operations Manager
Tracy got her Real Estate license in 2001 and enjoyed listing and selling with some of the Top Agents in the Yakima Valley. This was the trajectory that led Tracy to Regional Operations Manager for Keller Williams Northwest Region in 2015. Keller Williams Mission, Vision, Values, Beliefs and Perspective were aligned with Tracy’s servant Leadership mantra and the overall love of the Real Estate Industry. Additionally the growth both personally and professionally have been both a lot of work and a ton of fun — now serving as the Operating Partner for Keller Williams Yakima Valley along with the ROM role it’s a busy, fulfilled life.
Tracy loves living in beautiful Coeur d’Alene Idaho with her husband – she loves to get off the grid – camping, hiking, fly fishing – and recently took up quilting (the winters are long there). She has 3 amazing daughters and adores her granddaughter THE MOST — She believes the PNW is the BEST place on Earth and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Crystal LeProhon
REGIONAL TECH TRAINER
After many successful years as Dean of Theatrical Arts for a performing arts academy, Crystal was excited to bring her educational skills to the corporate world. The KW Culture and focus on education drew her to the company. After spending two years learning and growing with The Ranch Brokerage Network in a variety of roles, she is thrilled to serve as your Regional Tech Trainer.
Crystal’s goal is to partner with Market Centers in teaching and training, not just in technology, but in all areas of business.
Marissa Frost

Director
Marissa is here to support Northwest leaders with their creative and communicative business needs. With a professional background in both non-profit and not-for-profit organizations, she embraces Keller Williams’ culture, bringing along her love of helping local communities. She works closely with the Region to collaboratively build the tools and resources they need to succeed. Marissa strives to help the Region surpass their goals, elevate their brands, and provide the best possible service in their markets – she’s here to make the Northwest proud! #KWnorthwest
Outside of the office, you can find Marissa in SE Portland with her partner, baby, and two pups.
Angelica Elgincolin

Angelica is a dedicated professional who is always ready to support the region with enthusiasm and a proactive approach. She is highly motivated, takes the initiative to learn new skills, and continuously strives to improve her contributions. With a strong foundation in finance and a solutions-focused mindset, Angelica consistently delivers exceptional assistance and ensures the team’s success.
Outside of work, Angelica has a deep love for the beach, where she finds peace and relaxation after a busy week. She has recently taken up free diving to explore the ocean more deeply and feel connected to nature. In addition to her love for the water, she has also started running, finding it to be a rewarding and energizing new hobby.
